Exchange/Return Policy
At Cayani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer exchanges and returns based on the following terms:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Items are eligible for return or exchange if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All tags must be attached, and the products must be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a deduction of INR 100 will be applied to your store credit to cover the forward and reverse shipping charges.
Return Policy:
All eligible products can be returned for a new product or store credit, which is valid for 4 months.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returns can be processed easily via our Return/Exchange Portal on the website.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.
After initiating the request through the portal, we will arrange a reverse pick-up. You must communicate your exact exchange requirements within the 7 day period for the exchange to be eligible.
Availability of the requested size or product may vary. We recommend checking availability with our team before proceeding with the exchange.
Once the return/exchange/replacement product is received it will be inspected and the return/ exchange/replacement will be delivered within 5-7 days.
